Job Description:

Support patients throughout the surgical experience in pre-anesthesia, post-anesthesia Phase I, and post-anesthesia Phase II care. You will complete assessments, establish IV access, monitor vital signs and airway status, manage pain and nausea, apply Aldrete scoring, assist with nerve blocks, and provide discharge education. This evening assignment runs Monday through Friday, with scheduled Post-Anesthesia Unit call rotation. The role is ideal for a perioperative RN who enjoys focused recovery care and the satisfaction of helping patients safely transition through each stage of their procedure.

Shift: Mids, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with scheduled Post-Anesthesia Unit call rotation

Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week
