Job Description:

This travel contract is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager to support acute care case management in Los Angeles. The role focuses on coordinating services, evaluating patient needs, facilitating transitions of care, and helping patients move efficiently through the healthcare system. Candidates should have at least two years of acute care case management experience, prior California experience, an active California RN license, BLS certification, and a current flu vaccination. EPIC experience is highly preferred. Enjoy a consistent weekday day shift with no weekends, floating, or on-call responsibilities—leaving plenty of time to experience Southern California after work.

Los Angeles typically offers mild, comfortable days with plenty of sunshine and cooler evenings around this time of year. Light rain is possible, but extended stretches of pleasant weather are common.

Job Specifics:

Location: Los Angeles, California
Shift: 8-hour days, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: 40 hours per week for 13 weeks
