Job Description:

Join our team as a Case Manager in a busy short-term acute care hospital in New London, CT, where you'll be making a real difference during a 10-week contract. This role is perfect for experienced RN or LCSW professionals with a background in med/surg, neurology, oncology, cardiac, or OB patients. You'll work 8-hour daytime shifts, every other weekend, handling a variety of cases in a Level III trauma center that’s part of the Yale New Haven Health System. Expect to navigate EPIC charting and collaborate within a team that values efficiency and patient advocacy. This assignment combines professional challenge with a community-focused environment, giving you a chance to develop your skills while experiencing the unique character of New London—where history meets coastal beauty.
