Job Description:

This travel RN assignment supports a progressive care unit caring for patients with stroke, heart failure, TIA, sepsis, syncope, acute kidney injury, chest pain, and other intermediate diagnoses. You will provide focused nursing care, monitor telemetry, recognize and escalate neurological changes, and manage selected hemodynamic drips. The unit is a designated intermediate-care stroke unit, making NIHSS expertise especially important. This contract offers 12-hour night shifts with support from respiratory therapy, hospitalists, intensivists, telemetry monitoring, and charge nurses.
