Job Description:

Embark on a 13-week adventure as a Medical-Surgical RN in Fort Wayne, IN, working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers a chance to care for a diverse patient population with a variety of diagnoses, from chronic illnesses like COPD, Diabetes, and CHF to acute infections and neurological issues. You'll manage assessments, care planning, and IV therapies, utilizing tools like Epic electronic records and IV pumps. The unique aspect of this assignment is the opportunity to work in a large hospital with dynamic patient needs, all while experiencing the charm of a Midwestern city. Expect to float to other medical units, bringing flexibility and skill to various hospital departments. The schedule includes three weekends every four weeks, with guaranteed orientation hours to help you settle in comfortably.
