Job Description:

Join our team for a 12-hour night shift position in a cardiovascular intensive care unit that specializes in managing complex adult to geriatric patients. This role offers the opportunity to work with patients supported by devices such as LVADS, balloon pumps, and Swan catheters, while titrating cardiac medications and sedation. You'll be part of a close-knit team caring for a maximum of two patients per nurse, operating in a 10-bed unit with a dedicated intensivist present Monday through Friday. Expect to participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate closely with physicians and care team members. This assignment is perfect for nurses who thrive in a specialized cardiac environment and enjoy a fast-paced, high-stakes setting where communication and attention to detail are paramount.
