Job Description:

Join the team as a CVICU Registered Nurse in Omaha, where you'll provide specialized care in a fast-paced 20-bed cardiovascular intensive care unit. Your responsibilities will include caring for high acuity patients such as heart and lung transplant recipients, ventricular assist device, and ECMO patients. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts, with a schedule of four nights per week over an initial 13-week contract, getting the chance to experience the rhythm of Nebraska’s vibrant city while honing your critical care skills. Flexibility to float within the hospital units, including potential assignments at the Bellevue campus, is expected to meet staffing needs. This role offers an engaging environment for experienced RNs who thrive under pressure and are comfortable managing complex cases with drips and advanced monitoring.
