Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract offers an opportunity to work as an inpatient hold RN in a busy hospital setting in Hartford, Connecticut. You will be responsible for managing inpatient hold patients with varying acuity levels, including the potential to assist with emergency department (ED) patients when needed. The role features 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a 36-hour weekly commitment and every-other-weekend rotation. Expect to navigate high-acuity patient situations while collaborating with a dedicated team. This assignment provides a hands-on experience in inpatient care, offering a unique chance to develop skills in patient management during a carefully structured schedule that balances professional growth with personal time.
