Job Description:

Join a reputable telemetry unit as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week night shift assignment. This role involves working on a higher acuity, Med Surg unit with a patient ratio of 1:4, focusing on patients with conditions like altered mental status, CHF, stroke, and infections. You’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, monitoring cardiac rhythms (with basic dysrhythmia training preferred), and managing patients through complex medical situations without drips. Expect to float within scope to meet facility needs, and enjoy a schedule of 36 hours per week over three 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. This assignment offers the opportunity to work at a Level 3 Trauma Center with a supportive team and the flexibility of accepting local candidates. Prepare to bring at least two years of hospital experience, hold current BLS and ACLS certifications, and be ready for a fast-paced environment that values your skills and adaptability.
