Job Description:

Join a reputable healthcare team for a 13-week contract working in a 16-bed inpatient PCU/IMC unit. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for caring for patients with mixed acuity levels, including intermediate care, telemetry, and medical-surgical needs. This role includes managing oncology patients, those receiving prolonged chemotherapy infusions, and TPE patients when staffing allows. Expect a setting where you'll interpret cardiac rhythms, manage titratable vasoactive drips, and support patients with chest ports, all while working 12-hour night shifts. The position offers a chance to work with a supportive team, including a charge nurse available around the clock, along with resources like phlebotomy support and a clinical resource nurse.
