Job Description:

Join a vibrant team within a Level 4 Trauma Center in Tacoma, WA, where you'll focus on inpatient adult case management. This contract role offers the opportunity to coordinate post-discharge plans and resource sharing, all while working with ER, ICU, PCU, and MedSurg patients.
