Job Description:

Join a MedSurgical Float Pool as a Registered Nurse and experience a shift that flips the day-to-day routine on its head. You'll provide high-quality nursing care during 12-hour night shifts, offering flexibility to float across units of similar or lower acuity. This role involves managing patient ratios of 1:4-5, utilizing your skills in IV starts and telemetry monitoring, and working with the EPIC electronic health records system.
