Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a PCU Registered Nurse in a lively unit that manages a 22-bed facility with a mix of adult and geriatric patients. This contract offers an opportunity to work in a specialty setting where you'll handle cases such as burns, plastic and reconstructive surgery, urology, gynecology, ENT, and oral/maxillofacial procedures. Your nights will be filled with engaging activities like dressing changes, flap checks, and leech therapy observations. Floating within the hospital provides variety, and you'll be part of a team that values your skills in EPIC documentation and medication systems. Expect to stand watch during 12-hour night shifts, every other or third weekend, with the chance to sharpen your charge nurse experience in a teaching hospital context. This role is perfect if you enjoy complex cases and thrive in specialized patient care environments — your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes in this dynamic unit.
