Job Description:

Join our team as a PCU Float Registered Nurse, working in the fast-paced PCU Float Pool. This role offers the chance to float between units and possibly to another OSU-affiliated hospital just a short walk away, providing variety and new experiences with each shift. You will be responsible for managing patient care in a 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratio, utilizing your skills in IV starts, telemetry, and Epic electronic health records. You need at least two years of RN experience, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. The night shift runs 12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, offering a lively nocturnal environment that keeps you engaged throughout your shift.
