Job Description:

Join a specialized Neuro Med/Surg unit as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Winston-Salem. You’ll be responsible for managing patients primarily with stroke and other neuro diagnoses, including epilepsy and hematomas. The role involves inpatient care in a 42-bed unit, with a focus on telemetry, IV starts, and rhythm interpretation. This fast-paced setting requires 12-hour day shifts and the ability to float to other Med/Surg/Telemetry areas, including COVID-19 units. Be prepared for a rigorous schedule, but also the opportunity to expand your neuro nursing experience in a vibrant hospital environment. Note: RTO is not permitted after booking, and any additional time off could result in contract cancellation, so reliability is key.
