Job Description:

This ICU RN role offers an engaging experience in a hospital setting focused on critical patient care. You will be responsible for managing patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, STEMI, post-TPA stroke, overdose, and COVID-related complications. The position involves working 12-hour night shifts in a 14-bed ICU, with a patient ratio of 1:2. You’ll collaborate closely with intensivists and a team of professionals, utilizing tele-med cameras and alert systems in each ICU room. The assignment includes floating responsibilities to telemetry and medical-surgical units as needed, providing a diversified and dynamic workload. This role is perfect for RNs equipped with ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in a team dedicated to patient stabilization and recovery.
