Job Description:

Join our team for a challenging yet rewarding 13-week contract in a high-acuity intensive care setting. This role requires skilled RNs prepared to handle complex cases involving ventilator management, titratable drips such as sedation and vasopressors, and advanced monitoring techniques. You'll be part of a dedicated ICU unit utilizing Epic electronic health records, with a focus on post-op recovery for patients with conditions like resp failure, overdose, and post-surgical needs. The environment offers the opportunity to fine-tune critical care skills in a fast-paced setting, all while being supported by intensivists and round-the-clock RT assistance. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with every other weekend on call for low census periods. The position offers a mix of independence and team collaboration, perfect for experienced ICU nurses eager to make an impact while exploring the scenic surroundings of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
