This contract role invites critical care nurses to step into a CCU environment where you'll focus on caring for postoperative open-heart surgery patients and managing fresh surgical recoveries. The night shift consists of 12-hour rotations, providing a steady routine that allows for a balanced work-life schedule. Your expertise with open-heart procedures and device experience such as Balloon or Impella will be crucial in ensuring seamless patient recovery.
