Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated Step Down Registered Nurse to join a 34-bed Stepdown/PCU unit on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. This role requires at least two years of current experience working within a similar setting, managing patient ratios of 1:5 and utilizing Meditech EMR. The nurse will be responsible for providing advanced patient monitoring and care, with opportunities to float within the scope of practice. Every other weekend is required, and candidates must reside within 75 miles of the facility. This assignment offers a compelling chance to work in a specialized unit that balances clinical challenges with rewarding patient interactions.
