Job Description:

Join a reputable 225-bed specialty care hospital in Marquette, Michigan, for a 13-week travel RN position in the Medical/Surgical unit. This role offers 12-hour day shifts, allowing you to experience the region’s beautiful seasons while providing essential care to adult and geriatric patients, with patient ratios of approximately 5:1 to 6:1. You'll work with telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, and other advanced equipment within a facility known for its comprehensive services, including Heart & Vascular, Cancer Center, and Behavioral Health. Critical thinking and decisive judgment are vital here, as you'll manage a variety of diagnoses in a fast-paced environment, often working with minimal supervision. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of experience and BSN certification, and orientation is bi-weekly to ensure you're fully prepared for the unit's protocols and procedures.
