Job Description:

This contract role places you in a busy neuro acute care setting where you'll work 12-hour night shifts on the acute neuro unit. Your responsibilities will include caring for patients recovering from neurosurgery, neurology conditions, and other surgical procedures such as ENT and general surgery. Expect to monitor patients who are either ambulatory and able to self-care or bedridden requiring total care. This assignment offers a close-up view of complex neurological cases and requires at least 2 years of recent experience in a similar specialty, along with necessary certifications like AHA BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS. The role combines technical skill with the opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to patient recovery on a 13-week journey with a weekly commitment of 36 hours.
