Job Description:

Join a surgical services team supporting cardiovascular and general procedures in a community hospital setting. This CVOR tech role offers the chance to work in a busy operating room environment where you'll assist with complex cardiac surgeries like coronary artery bypass, valve repairs, aortic aneurysm repairs, and TAVR procedures. When not engaged in cardiac cases, you'll float to other surgical units such as General, GYN, Urology, Orthopedics, Robotics, or Neurosurgery, providing versatile support across diverse surgical specialties. Your primary focus will be maintaining sterile instruments, managing case carts, and ensuring all surgical tray and instrument reprocessing meets aseptic standards. This position involves patient cases with adult and geriatric populations and requires flexibility with float and call duties, making each day varied and engaging. You’ll be part of a team delivering precision in a fast-paced environment, where your technical skills directly contribute to successful surgical outcomes.
