Job Description:

Join a team of skilled healthcare professionals in a 13-week travel assignment focused on providing advanced respiratory and surgical support. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, with a total of 36 hours per week, primarily supporting ICU units where you'll be involved in procedures such as CRRT, hypothermia protocols, balloon pump, and Impella at the bedside. You’ll coordinate with a dedicated team to ensure patient stability across multiple ICU settings, floating as needed within your scope to cover ICU, MICU, and CVICU (excluding CVICU patients). With a nurse-patient ratio of 2-3:1 and charting done in Cerner, you can expect a fast-paced yet rewarding environment that keeps you engaged and learning.
