Job Description:

Join Baylor St. Luke Houston ARU as an Occupational Therapist in inpatient rehabilitation. You will be working on the 11th floor of the McNair Building, focusing on adult to geriatric patients recovering from neuro, transplant, ortho, cardiac, or debility conditions. This role involves assisting with patient mobility and functional independence, utilizing equipment like Hoyer lifts, and collaborating with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact while engaging in a varied caseload. Expect to work 8-hour days, with a schedule that includes weekend hours once a month, during a 13-week contract. The setting emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to recovery, making each day uniquely rewarding.
