Job Description:

Join a team at a Level IV Trauma Center in Kenosha, WI, where you'll be working in the emergency department to deliver critical care to patients of all ages. This role requires a nurse with at least two years of experience and a skill set capable of handling high-acuity situations. Your shift will be 12-hour nights, providing an opportunity to experience the vibrant night scene of the city. This assignment includes a supportive environment with a charge nurse, hospitalist, ED MD, and telemonitoring. Your duties involve managing patient flow, utilizing advanced monitoring equipment, and performing peripheral blood draws with phlebotomy support. You'll be working with the EPIC EMR system, IV pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing, all within a well-equipped department that maintains a professional yet approachable atmosphere. The assignment lasts 13 weeks, offering a weekly gross of approximately $2,000.33, with flexibility for time off up to 7 days.
