Job Description:

This step down registered nurse position offers a chance to work in a bustling short-term acute care setting, floating between units and managing patients with complex cardiac and vasoactive drips — a HARDSTOP requirement for this role. You'll be responsible for titrating cardiac and vasoactive medications, all during night shifts that run 12 hours each. The assignment spans 13 weeks, providing a stable yet dynamic environment that keeps your skills sharp and your experience rich. Expect to work every other weekend, supporting a team in a facility with 379 beds and a level II trauma designation. Your role involves adapting to various units, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with skilled healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.
