Job Description:

Join a travel opportunity as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in a busy acute care hospital setting. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, providing specialized care to patients with neurological and neuromuscular disorders such as MS, ALS, GBS, stroke, and epilepsy. This role involves managing complex patient needs, including lumbar drains, Foley catheters, IV starts, G-tubes, and tracheostomies, all while utilizing equipment like bladder ultrasound. Expect to interpret and manage dysrhythmias as part of your responsibilities. The assignment offers the chance to apply your experience in a Level I trauma and teaching hospital, with a focus on maintaining patient safety and delivering quality care within a fast-paced environment. You'll also be expected to pass the Relias EKG exam. This contract presents a unique blend of clinical challenges and an opportunity to work with a broad patient population in a short-term setting that emphasizes hands-on skill application and professional growth.
