Job Description:

Join a reputable facility near Springfield, Illinois, as a traveling CardioVascular Nurse and immerse yourself in a critical care setting that values specialized skills. This role involves working a 12-hour day shift in an ICU/PCU environment, focusing on post-PCI, post-bypass, and CHF patient management. Experience with pulling sheaths, CRRT, and high-level trauma is highly preferred. You'll be responsible for interpreting telemonitor strips—brand-specific monitors will keep you in the loop—while ensuring seamless patient monitoring alongside a dedicated team including intensivists, hospitalists, and respiratory therapists available 24/7. Your expertise will help provide comprehensive care for complex cardiac patients in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere.
