Job Description:

Join a specialized neonatal intensive care team in a Level III NICU setting, where you will focus on caring for the tiniest and most fragile patients from 22 weeks gestation and above. This contract position offers a chance to work with neonates experiencing respiratory distress, glucose regulation challenges, or requiring surgical and cardiac interventions. Your responsibilities will include managing ventilator settings, administering medications through the Pyxis system, and performing critical procedures like arterial line care and managing neonatal abstinence syndrome. The role combines technical expertise with collaborative team support, utilizing the EPIC documentation system and SBAR communication to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
