Job Description:

Join a specialized CVICU nursing team on a 13-week contract in Morgantown, West Virginia. This role involves managing patients recovering from complex cardiac surgeries, including open-heart procedures, with a focus on acuity-driven care. You will be responsible for direct admissions from the OR, handling pressure monitoring, Swan-Ganz catheter management, Impella devices, and CRRT. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, offering a unique opportunity to experience patient care through a different lens, while enjoying quieter nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and hold current ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications. This contract not only sharpens your ICU expertise but immerses you in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment that values your specialized skills.
