Job Description:

Join us for an engaging 13-week travel assignment working in a mixed acuity Respiratory Therapy unit in Ironwood. This role involves providing specialized respiratory support in a fast-paced environment, primarily on 12-hour night shifts. You will manage a 1:2 ratio in the MS ICU, demonstrating resilience, independence, and strong organizational skills. The position offers opportunities to handle changing conditions, manage on-call duties, and work independently to complete tasks efficiently. A playful note: you might master the art of balancing on-call hours with low census periods while maintaining a steady rhythm in a diverse setting.
