Job Description:

Join our team at Dignity Health Rehabilitation Hospital as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a 13-week contract. In this role, you will assist adult patients recovering from neuro, ortho, and cardiac conditions in a 40-bed inpatient rehab setting. Your days will be filled with hands-on support as you help patients regain independence through targeted therapy exercises using equipment like Vector, Litegait, and InMotion ARM. This assignment offers the chance to work with a dedicated team in a vibrant environment, where your expertise directly impacts recovery journeys. The work schedule is dayshift, with 8-hour shifts, and you’ll have a float option to a nearby sister facility, just 8 miles away. A typical week includes 40 hours, providing stability and consistency throughout the assignment.
