As a registered nurse in the Emergency Department, you will be the key player in providing specialized care to ER patients during your 12-hour shifts. You'll utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment to anticipate patient needs, delegate effectively to team members, and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of care.
