Job Description:

This travel healthcare assignment places you on a 12-hour night shift at Aspirus Langlade Hospital in Antigo, Wisconsin. You'll be working in a 16-bed Medical Surgical unit, handling patient assessments, monitoring, and documentation—interpreting telemetry readings is a highly desirable skill. The role offers a mix of scheduled nights with every third weekend off, and occasional on-call shifts during low census periods, which include call back pay. You'll experience the rhythm of a small hospital where patient ratios vary from 4-6 patients per nurse depending on the shift, providing a balanced yet engaging work environment. The assignment is perfect for experienced RNs with a minimum of two years' Med Surg background, ready to bring their assessment expertise to a close-knit team. Floating to sister facilities like Merrill, Wausau, Medford, and Stanley is required, and all necessary certifications (WI RN license, BLS, ACLS, and telemetry) must be current.
