Job Description:

Join us for a travel nursing opportunity as a Med Surg Neuro RN in a Level II Trauma acute care hospital situated in Decatur, Illinois. This role involves working four 12-hour day shifts, where you'll be responsible for providing specialized care to neurological and surgical patients. You'll utilize telemetry monitoring, manage ventilated and post-surgical patients, and handle complex neurological conditions such as CVA, spinal injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. This assignment offers a chance to experience a busy hospital environment while engaging in a variety of advanced skills including IV therapy, medication management, and wound care. Be prepared to float within your scope as needed, and enjoy the vibrant local community that welcomes healthcare professionals from all over.
