Job Description:

Join a busy endoscopy unit at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA, for an engaging 13-week travel RN assignment. You'll be part of a team performing procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy. This role involves managing all aspects of patient care during procedures, including admitting patients, circulating, scrubbing in, and overseeing recovery and discharge. The day shift spans 10 hours, offering a structured schedule in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment that requires quick learning and adaptability. Ensure your BLS and ACLS certifications are current, and be prepared for occasional on-call duties on weekdays and weekends. This assignment is perfect for RNs comfortable in changing situations and eager to develop hands-on experience in endoscopy procedures.
