Job Description:

Join a specialized research unit in Atlanta for a 13-week contract that challenges your intensive medical skills. This role involves managing complex cases such as complicated UTIs, pneumonia, sepsis, and patients with trachs, PEGs, and peritoneal dialysis. You'll perform procedures like IV starts, PICC line placements, and managing NIHSS assessments. The position also includes a unique opportunity to participate in a flu challenge study, monitoring healthy volunteers for symptoms after administering influenza. This assignment requires a solid skillset in managing intricate medical situations, with some focus on research protocols and patient stability in a fast-paced environment.
