Job Description:

Join our emergency nursing team in Tuscaloosa for a 13-week travel assignment at a busy Level III Trauma Center. As an ED RN, you'll provide critical care across a wide range of cases, often floating to different units and even to other local hospitals as needed. Expect to work 36 hours each week on 12-hour mids shifts, with flexibility for 36 or 48 hours weekly. This role offers the chance to experience a high-volume emergency department that sees over 60,000 patients annually, with staffing ratios from 1:1 for the most critical patients to 1:4 for others. Be part of a dedicated team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff, utilizing Meditech electronic medical records and wearing solid navy scrubs. Holiday work and every other weekend are required, making this an impactful and engaging opportunity for seasoned ED nurses ready for the next adventure.
