Job Description:

This Labor and Delivery RN contract offers a chance to be at the heart of childbirths in a setting that handles everything from preterm labor to postpartum care. You will circulate and assist during all types of deliveries, including high-risk cases, with special procedures like epidurals, blood administration, and wound vac management. The role involves attending deliveries, managing GYN surgeries, and supporting both low-risk and high-risk obstetric patients across various units such as triage, postpartum, and the transition nursery. Expect to work nights in 12-hour shifts, providing critical support to new mothers and their babies, all while enjoying the unique rhythm of this lively hospital environment. Expect to use a range of equipment and be ready to float to different areas as needed—your skills will be the heartbeat of the delivery floor.
