Job Description:

Join us as a NICU Registered Nurse in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and experience a lively role caring for the tiniest patients in a Level 2 and Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, providing specialized neonatal care to an average of 6.9 infants in a unit with 20 beds and 18 rooms. This position offers a fun challenge—think of it as tending a high-stakes nursery where every minute counts, from managing ventilators and intravenous lines to supporting fragile newborns through high-risk deliveries. You will use your skills in invasive monitoring, blood gas collection, and neonatal resuscitation, all while collaborating closely with families and attending deliveries on Labor & Delivery.
