Job Description:

Join a dedicated Medical/Surgical unit at Deaconess Gateway for a 13-week night shift contract. In this role, you'll provide expert bedside assessments, manage IV lines including heparin and lasix, and perform frequent PIV insertions. Your critical thinking and strong assessment skills will be essential as you navigate a 32-bed unit with excellent support from LPNs and CNAs. Expect to float within the same campus and occasionally to nearby facilities, ensuring variety and diversity in your daily routine. This assignment offers guaranteed weekly hours, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to sharpen your skills in a vibrant hospital setting.
