Job Description:

Join a busy cardiac surgery team as a CVOR RN in a 1000+ bed hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. This assignment involves 12-hour day shifts Monday through Friday, with call responsibilities requiring flexibility and readiness to respond to urgent situations. You will scrub and circulate for complex cardiac procedures such as CABG, valve surgeries, and transplants, working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This role offers the chance to work with a seasoned team, handle varied cases, and experience the unique rhythm of a Level 1 trauma center. Prior travel experience and at least two years in CVOR are essential, along with a willingness to be on call 24-7 in three layers of coverage.
