Job Description:

Join our team as a cardiac surgery RN on a 13-week travel contract at a large Level 1 trauma hospital in Nashville. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a focus on complex cardiac procedures such as CABG, valve repairs, and transplant surgeries. You will scrub and circulate in the CVOR, supporting adult patients with conditions like heart failure, ECMO, VAD, and adult congenital issues. Flexibility to float between ORs is required, and a commitment to being available for call coverage—24/7, across three layers—is essential. Prior travel experience and a minimum of 2 years in CVOR are necessary for consideration. This assignment offers a chance to engage in challenging cases in a fast-paced setting, surrounded by a dedicated team of professionals.
