Job Description:

Join the team as a CVOR RN for a 13-week contract at a bustling hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. This role offers 12-hour day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, with call responsibilities that keep you engaged beyond your regular hours. You'll be part of a team supporting high-stakes cardiac surgeries, including complex CABG, valve repairs, and adult congenital procedures, in a Level 1 trauma setting. Scrubbing in on the OR table is expected, so your ability to circulate and scrub during cardiac surgeries will be put to good use. Prior travel experience and at least two years of CVOR OR experience are necessary to navigate the fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This assignment provides a dynamic experience working in a 56-bed OR, covering both inpatient and outpatient procedures, and offers exposure to advanced interventions like ECMO, VAD, heart and lung transplants, and treatment of cardiac trauma. The hospital’s busy schedule means you'll be continuously learning and adapting, with a chance to make a tangible impact on patient outcomes while experiencing the vibrant city of Nashville.
