Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel assignment working in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a busy hospital in Kearney, Nebraska. This role involves caring for adult patients with a range of diagnoses including cardiac conditions, vascular issues, cancer-related treatments, sepsis, respiratory problems, stroke recovery, and post-procedure care such as stent placement and pacemaker insertions. You will be responsible for managing titratable drips like Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, and others, while collaborating closely with charge nurses and patient care techs. The shift is a 12-hour overnight schedule, offering an opportunity to experience the quiet of night shift and focus on precise patient monitoring. This assignment emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication in a culturally diverse environment, with a focus on delivering excellent patient experiences.
