Job Description:

This operating room nursing position calls for experienced CV nurses ready to take on vascular, cardiac, thoracic, GYN, and general cases, including some robotic procedures. You'll perform both scrub and circulate roles, handling complex vascular and hybrid cases while working 10-hour days. The schedule includes on-call duties and weekend shifts, with staggered hours to keep things interesting—think of it as a well-orchestrated dance in the OR. Expect to use Cerner and PowerChart for charting, and be prepared to float between mainland and city settings if needed. First-time travelers are welcome, provided you have at least one year of OR experience and hold an NJ or Compact license. Your days will be busy, with a mix of vascular, cardiovascular, and other specialized surgeries, all within a vibrant surgical suite environment.
