Job Description:

This contract offers a hands-on opportunity for OR nurses or surgical technologists to engage in a variety of cases, including general, OB/GYN, neuro, vascular, endoscopy, plastics, ENT, and interventional pain procedures. You'll work 12-hour daytime shifts over a 13-week period, with the chance to experience a diverse range of surgeries in a fast-paced OR setting. The role involves scrubbing on multiple complex cases, supporting charge nurses and house supervisors, and possibly floating to different service lines like vascular or endo if you're comfortable. The environment calls for strong procedural skills, familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records, and the ability to thrive under rotating call schedules, including weekends and evenings. Expect a rich, dynamic experience that sharpens your surgical skills while immersing you in a collaborative team dedicated to patient safety and efficient OR operations.
