Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel assignment as a cardiac surgical nurse specializing in scrub and circulate roles. This position offers a unique opportunity to work primarily in the scrub role, supporting complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries, including coronary artery bypass, aortic aneurysm repairs, valve replacements, TAVRs, ECMO, and VADs. The role demands a seasoned nurse with 3 to 5 years of recent experience in high-stakes cardiac procedures. You'll be actively involved in assisting during intricate operations, applying your critical thinking skills, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and participating in ongoing research protocols. Call responsibilities are included, and overtime may be necessary to meet patient and department needs.
