Job Description:

Join us for an engaging 13-week travel ICU RN assignment at a 33-bed unit in Kearney, Nebraska. In this role, you'll specialize in managing critically ill adult patients with conditions such as trauma, cardiac issues, substance abuse, sepsis, post-stent recovery, stroke, and renal failure. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts, with the flexibility of self-scheduling for core staff, and be part of a team that handles a patient census averaging 16 per day. Your responsibilities will include titrating cardiac, insulin, and sedation drips, interpreting monitor strips, troubleshooting ventilator equipment, and collaborating with nurse aides and healthcare techs to support patient stabilization and recovery. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to hone your critical care skills in a supportive environment with a focus on adult ICU care.
