Job Description:

Join our travel healthcare team in New Haven, Connecticut as a Registered Nurse supporting MICU operations in a short-term acute care setting. This assignment features a 3x12 night shift schedule (19:00–07:00), totaling 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract. You’ll rotate with support needs across the unit and may float to PCU, other ICUs, and the SRC campus as required, including coverage on nights, weekends, and at the end-of-week.

In this role, you will provide critical care nursing within the MICU and related assignments as directed by the facility. Charting is completed in Epic, and weekend/eow coverage is part of the schedule. ACLS and BLS are required, and at least 2 years of experience is preferred; first-time travelers are welcome.

Weather:

Expect typical coastal New England weather—cooler temperatures, occasional wind, and a mix of cloudy and bright days. You can also plan for some precipitation throughout the season, so layering is key.
